We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Institutional Sales Executive to expand our school shoe distribution business across Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with schools, generating new business opportunities, presenting our products, and achieving sales targets.
? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential schools across Chennai for shoe supply business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with school management, administrators, and purchase decision-makers.
- Present and promote our range of school shoes and products.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into bulk orders.
- Conduct regular school visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets.
- Monitor competitors and market opportunities in the school footwear segment.
- Maintain regular reports on visits, enquiries, orders, and collections.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in footwear, uniforms, school supplies, FMCG, or distribution will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Chennai and willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Ability to independently develop new business and achieve targets.
- Tamil communication is essential; English communication will be an advantage.
