Role Description This is an on-site paid internship role based in Kolkata for a Marketing Intern.

The Marketing

Intern will support the planning and execution of BTL activations and marketing campaigns, assisting in event coordination, campaign logistics, and on-ground brand promotion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, gathering consumer insights, preparing reports, and supporting the development of marketing strategies and sales materials. The intern will interact with customers and partners, help manage feedback,



and contribute to improving customer experience during activations. The role offers hands-on exposure to integrated marketing, brand engagement, and field operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and promotional skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, flexible working hours during activations, and collaborating within diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic presentation skills is beneficial.
- Knowledge of local markets in Kolkata and interest in experiential and BTL marketing is an advantage.
