About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head with strong real estate marketing experience to lead the overall marketing function of Rohan Corporation. The person will be responsible for generating quality leads, attracting customers, strengthening the brand, and building a strong marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company and its projects.
- Plan and drive lead generation through digital and offline marketing.
- Develop strategies to attract customers and improve project enquiries and conversions.
- Handle Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content and Digital Marketing.
- Plan and manage events, exhibitions, property launches and customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate quality leads and support conversions.
- Manage branding, advertising, creatives, brochures, campaigns and other marketing materials.
- Monitor marketing performance, campaign results, lead quality and ROI.
- Identify current marketing opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector.




- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and media partners when required.
- Build, train and manage a new marketing team across different functions.
- Set targets and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
- Take complete ownership of the company's overall marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
- Strong experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Good knowledge of SEO, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Experience in event management and offline marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate branding and customer behaviour.
- Proven experience in building and managing marketing teams.
- Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Kannada and English are mandatory.
- Should have good knowledge of the Mangalore and Karnataka real estate market.
