Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing position based in Coimbatore. The role involves conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends, and using these insights to support marketing strategy and sales initiatives. Daily activities include coordinating with the sales team, preparing marketing materials and presentations, assisting in campaigns and events, and maintaining strong customer relationships through responsive service.

The position also includes tracking marketing performance metrics,



updating CRM or relevant databases, and collaborating with internal teams such as design and production to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support planning of marketing activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to help drive business development, support lead generation, and promote company products.
- Candidates should have proficiency with MS Office tools and basic digital marketing concepts; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in industrial or infrastructure products considered beneficial.
