Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate will be working for reputed company in Veterinary / Animal Healthcare Business based at Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai office will be responsible for handling marketing function of cattle/Dairy/ livestock /Poultry Segment.
- He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
- He/ She should have valuable knowledge in all Segments.
- He/she will closely work with field Managers and all other supporters frequently.
- He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
- He/she will design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
- He/she will be responsible for customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
- He/she will be responsible for Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
- He/she will be responsible for Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
- He/she will responsible for Field work to review and evaluate strategy implementation .
Candidate will Co-ordinate with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.V. SC and AH Or M.V. SC, with MBA in Marketing with 15-18 yrs in Marketing of Veterinary
Products covering all segments including cattle/Dairy/ livestock /Poultry and companion Segments and all kind of products.
- He/she should have experience in launching New Products in all Segments.
- He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
- He/She should be exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-
motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
- Candidate should be excellent in communication.
