Role : Marketing (Founder’s Office)

About the Role: Not a coordinator role. Not a "fetch coffee and take notes" role. This is a front-row seat to how a founder actually thinks, decides, and builds and eventually, you carry pieces of that thinking yourself.

We're looking for someone who can sit in a room, catch the why behind a decision (not just the what), and go execute it without being told twice. Someone who's as comfortable reading a P&L; as they are writing ad copy, and who can smell a bad marketing brief from across the office. If you want a job where you'll be handed a task list and left alone, this isn't it.

What You'll Actually Do

 Work directly with the founder across marketing, brand, ops, and whatever fire needs putting out that week

 Own projects end-to-end, not "assist with," own

 Bring an AI-first, mar-tech-savvy lens to everything: tools, workflows, campaigns, reporting

 Sit in on strategic conversations and translate them into action plans, decks, and execution

 Build and pressure-test brand ideas before they go external

 Track what matters, flag what doesn't, and never let a ball drop quietly

 Push back when something doesn't make sense. We don't want a “yes sir” person in this seat

Who We're Looking For

 Task-obsessed. You finish what you start, and you don't need a follow-up email to do it

 Street-smart over textbook-smart. You read rooms, people, and situations fast

 Fluent in AI + mar-tech. You already use AI tools daily to work faster, not as a buzzword on your resume
