Role Description The Marketing Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The designer will create visual assets for digital and print marketing, including social media creatives, product brochures, packaging mockups, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with APPL’s brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals, translating briefs into design concepts,



and preparing final artwork for production and online use.

The role involves maintaining consistent branding across channels, supporting current product launches with compelling visuals, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance metrics. The designer will also help develop visual content for website updates, trade events, and client pitches.

Qualifications

- Strong Graphic Design skills and experience creating professional Graphics for digital and print materials.
- Ability to develop and maintain cohesive Branding across products, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and the ability to align design work with business and campaign objectives.
- Experience supporting Social Media Marketing through engaging visual content and creatives.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, clean layouts, and effective visual communication.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
