Role: Marketing - Founder’s Office (Trainee)
Experience: 3-6 Months
What You'll Actually Do:
- Work directly with the founder across marketing, brand, ops, and whatever fire needs putting out that week
- Own projects end-to-end, not "assist with," own
- Bring an AI-first, mar-tech-savvy lens to everything: tools, workflows, campaigns, reporting
- Sit in on strategic conversations and translate them into action plans, decks, and execution
- Build and pressure-test brand ideas before they go external
- Track what matters, flag what doesn't, and never let a ball drop quietly
- Push back when something doesn't make sense. We don't want a “yes sir” person in this seat
Who We're Looking For:
- Task-obsessed. You finish what you start, and you don't need a follow-up email to do it
- Street-smart over textbook-smart. You read rooms, people, and situations quick
- Fluent in AI + mar-tech. You already use AI tools daily to work faster, not as a buzzword on your resume
- Brand-brained. You get why a brand feels a certain way and can articulate it
