Marketing Executive – Tendering & Sales Coordination

Qualification: MBA/BBA preferred; Engineering graduates with relevant marketing/sales experience can also apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in tendering, quotation preparation, sales coordination, and customer follow-ups. The role will support tender submissions, commercial documentation, customer communication, and sales back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle tender search, tender documentation, and timely submission.
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and proposal documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order-related coordination.
- Maintain quotation records, tender documents, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Track inquiries, quotations, tender deadlines, customer responses, and pending activities.
- Support lead generation, online inquiries, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and sales-related documentation.
- Support continuous improvement in sales and tendering processes.

Required Skills




- Hands-on experience in Tendering & Tender Documentation.
- Experience in Quotation Preparation and Sales Coordination.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication, and MIS Reporting.
- Understanding of commercial terms and customer follow-up.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Strong time management and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in industrial/manufacturing B2B marketing or tendering. Candidates with relevant Tendering + Quotation + Sales Coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
