Marketing Executive

Experience

1–9 Years in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Construction, or Interior Industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, promote the company’s construction and interior services, build client relationships, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and local promotions.
- Identify potential customers for residential construction, turnkey projects, and interior projects.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s construction and interior services.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, brokers, and other business partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, events, campaigns, and local branding initiatives.
- Promote company projects and services through WhatsApp, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups,



site visits, and conversions.
- Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Estimation, and Project teams for smooth client handling.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of local market and networking.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Knowledge of construction/interior services will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- Any Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Working Details Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Monday: Week Off

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
