Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Butibori.

The Marketing

Executive will develop and implement marketing plans to promote Shinex mosaics and related products in domestic and international markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying current opportunities in the luxury living and construction segments. The role involves coordinating with the sales team,



managing promotional campaigns, supporting branding activities, and maintaining relationships with distributors, architects, and interior designers.

The Marketing

Executive will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Marketing activities, including brand promotion.
- Strong Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with clients and partners,cold calling.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, or interior design industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work in office in Butibori, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
