Innochase is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive / Marketing Associate to promote Innochase, our AI-powered recruiting platform for staffing companies, recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Marketing, robust communication skills, and hands-on interest in social media marketing, lead generation, customer outreach, webinars, email campaigns, and lead conversion. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and business team to promote Innohire through LinkedIn, digital campaigns, webinars, content promotion, and direct customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who can understand a B2B SaaS product, communicate its value clearly, and help convert prospects into demos and customers.

1. Promote InnoChase, an AI-powered recruiting platform, to staffing companies, recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers.
2. Execute lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email outreach, webinars, social media posts, and direct customer engagement.
3. Manage social media marketing activities, especially LinkedIn posts, campaigns, product awareness content, and prospect engagement.
4. Conduct customer outreach by contacting recruiters, staffing companies, HR professionals, and business owners to generate interest and schedule demos.
5. Coordinate and promote webinars, product demos, online events, and educational sessions related to AI in recruitment.
6. Support lead conversion by following up with interested prospects, maintaining communication, answering basic product questions, and scheduling meetings.
7. Maintain lead trackers,



campaign reports, follow-up schedules, CRM records, and weekly marketing performance updates.
8. Work with management to promote blogs, website content, SEO pages, videos, product features, case studies, and marketing materials.
