Department: Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Handle business development and sales activities.
- Prepare sales presentations and manage project tendering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government utilities and consultants.
- Conduct market intelligence and track market trends.
- Support annual budget preparation and achieve assigned territory targets.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales of Electrical Capital Goods.
- Experience in Transformers, Switchgear or Substation Equipment is preferred.
- Strong Business Development & Sales skills.
- Good knowledge of Tendering and Government Utilities.
- Robust Techno-Commercial & Negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
- Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
