Role Description : AGT Business Associates LLP is looking for a creative, energetic and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing activities of our growing portfolio of food and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across AGT and its business units.
- Plan and maintain monthly marketing and promotional calendars .
- Coordinate social media content, campaigns, reels, creatives and brand communications.
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and other marketing partners.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for restaurants, catering, events, product launches and seasonal activities.
- Support digital marketing, influencer collaborations and local marketing initiatives .
- Ensure timely collection of photos, videos, offers and other content from different business units.
- Monitor social media pages, Google Business profiles and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate printing and production of menus, posters, standees, signage and other marketing materials.




- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication standards across all marketing touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance, customer engagement, leads and promotional results.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research and identify emerging food and hospitality trends.
- Prepare periodic marketing activity and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Management to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and strong in execution .

Preferred Profile:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or brand coordination.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, food, retail or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google Business and digital content.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva/design, photography, video/reel content and digital advertising will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to AGT business locations when required.
