Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to plan, develop, and execute content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, understand digital marketing, and be able to create content strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan and manage the content calendar across social media, website, email, blogs, and campaigns.
- Create content briefs and work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Performance, and Product teams to support campaigns and product launches.
- Optimize content based on SEO, audience insights, and performance metrics.




- Track content performance and recommend improvements using analytics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, AI tools, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Lead a team of content writers to deliver high-quality content
- 6–10 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, or Brand Content.
- Experience in D2C, Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
