Job Title : Sr. Executive - MARCOMS

Location : BKC ,Mumbai

Shifts : 5 Days working , 10am to 7pm

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Help in effective Marketing communication, driving footfalls and coordinating with the respective mall teams.
- Define 360 marketing strategies , in close co-ordination with the team.
- Prepare weekly status reports, monthly reports and manage marketing budgets.
- Maintaining good relations with ad agencies and other communication partners (Event/ Decor and Activation/ Media ).

Specifications (Skills & Competencies) :
- Draft and implement marketing strategies to drive footfall into the mall.
- Drive revenue from ad spaces and promotional areas in the mall.
- Responsible to draft and control marketing budget for the mall.
- Responsible to draft and implement events calendar for the financial year.
- Ability to interact effectively with personnel, vendors, event management and ad agencies at all levels.
- Conduct shopping bag audits, mystery shopping and all satisfaction and feedback surveys at regular intervals.




- Draft marketing and promotional strategies and other related policies keeping the brand image.
- Lead entire spectrum of ATL and BTL activities spanning concept development, design, printing, media, PR, Photo & Video Shoot, Influencer Marketing and 3rd party activation, press conferences etc.
- Responsible for digital performance marketing strategy and analysis across Meta and Google Ads.
- Amalgamate useful and intelligent information to develop strong communication strategies.
- Harness the best out of all agencies working with the marketing department.

Candidate Preference Qualification MBA - Marketing

Type of industry : Any (Preferred)

Essential Experience :

- Valuable networking within Marketing, Advertising and Creative agencies within Mumbai and other cities.
- Should have executed creative campaigns for brands covering major marketing channels, especially digital platforms.

Package : 7 LPA or std hike on current CTC * _Depends upon marketing skills & Interview_
