We're Hiring — Marketing Associate, Growth & Brand (Mumbai)

Envision Overseas helps students get into top universities abroad — UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland and Europe. We've been doing this for over 30 years, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Chennai.

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to build how Envision reaches students across India — online and on the ground. You'll work across our digital channels and our institutional outreach, and you'll answer for what both of them produce.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll think, plan, and then go execute it yourself.

What you'll do

Digital and performance

- Plan and run our paid campaigns across Meta and Google — audiences, creative testing, lead forms, budget pacing
- Own CPL and lead quality, and answer for them month on month
- Work with our performance agency where we use one, and hold the work to a standard
- Shape our Instagram and social presence — direction, calendar, what we say and to whom
- Track what's working across channels and shift spend accordingly
- Keep our website, landing pages and course finder pulling their weight

Institutional outreach and partnerships
- Build relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes and career counsellors across our cities
- Get us in front of students where they already are — school seminars, career days, parent sessions, campus talks
- Build and maintain a live pipeline of institutional contacts, and keep it warm
- Negotiate and run tie-ups, MOUs and referral arrangements

Events and on-ground marketing
- Own the marketing around our university sessions and seminars in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Chennai
- Drive registrations, cut no-shows, and answer for the turnout number
- Represent Envision at education fairs and partner events
- Find and test new offline channels — societies, communities, local media, tuition networks

WhatsApp and direct outreach
- Own our WhatsApp broadcast and outreach programme end to end




- Write copy for cold enquiries and dormant leads that people actually open and reply to
- Build follow-up sequences with the counselling team so leads don't die in the CRM
- Track open, reply and booking rates, and keep improving them

Indian market and messaging
- Work out what actually moves students and parents in each city and segment, and shape our messaging around it
- Adapt campaigns for regional and language differences instead of running one message everywhere
- Keep an eye on what other study abroad agents are doing and where the gaps are
- Bring the market back into the room — what students are asking, what's changing, where we're losing them

Working with the team
- Brief our in-house content and design team on what you need, and review what comes back
- Work alongside our marketing team so digital and on-ground pull in the same direction
- Report weekly on pipeline, campaigns and cost per enquiry, with a view on what to do next

What we're looking for
- 4 to 6 years in marketing, with real experience selling into the Indian market. Education, ed-tech, study abroad, coaching or BFSI backgrounds all work
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics. You should be able to open an ad account and tell us what's wrong with it
- Someone who can build the plan and then go run it. We're not looking for someone who only briefs and waits
- Strong at relationships — you're comfortable walking into a school, a coaching centre or a partner meeting and leaving with something
- Genuinely good written copy in English and at least one Indian language
- Comfortable with numbers. You'll be answering for pipeline, registrations, replies and cost per enquiry
- Willing to travel across Mumbai and to our other cities regularly

Nice to have
- An existing network of school or coaching institute contacts
- Experience with CRM and WhatsApp Business tools
- Exposure to study abroad admissions or overseas education
- Basic design or editing ability
