Role Description The Marketing API Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role focuses on promoting the company’s niche API portfolio, supporting sales teams, and strengthening market presence in domestic and international markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on API demand and competitors, developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, and preparing product presentations, technical marketing materials, and promotional content. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, and production teams to address customer inquiries, ensure accurate product information,



and maintain high standards of customer service. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and design effective marketing plans for APIs.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up, relationship management, and support for business development activities.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or API marketing, with understanding of regulatory and quality standards, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications in marketing or pharmaceuticals are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with robust analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
