Marketing & Sales Manager — CTutor

About CTutor: An ed-tech platform connecting students with tutors and institutes on mobile and web, helping tutors/institutes manage batches, students, tests, payments, and communication, while students/parents discover and enroll in the right classes.

Role Summary: Own growth for CTutor — driving new tutor/institute sign-ups and student enrollments through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and direct sales.

What You'll Do:

- Own the full funnel — awareness, lead gen, conversion, onboarding, retention — for both supply (tutors/institutes) and demand (students/parents)
- Run digital campaigns (social, search, email, WhatsApp, referrals) and track ROI against CAC/LTV
- Build a direct sales pipeline for onboarding institutes/schools onto the Paid Institute plan — demos, pricing, closing
- Develop partnerships with schools and coaching institutes
- Create marketing collateral, landing pages, app store listings, social content
- Track growth metrics and report to leadership
- Feed market/competitor insights back into product and pricing




- Directly counsel and sell to students and parents: handle inbound enquiries, run counseling calls/demos on batches and courses, address objections around fees and outcomes, and convert leads into paid enrollments
- Follow up with trial/enquiry leads and past drop-offs to re-engage and close, tracking conversion through the student enrollment funnel

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years in marketing, sales, or growth (ed-tech/SaaS/B2B2C a plus)
- Track record generating leads and closing B2B deals
- Robust digital marketing skills (Meta/Google Ads, SEO, ASO, email/WhatsApp)
- Data-driven, comfortable with funnel/analytics dashboards
- Strong English/Hindi communication
- High autonomy in a small, fast-moving team
- Experience selling into schools/institutes is a strong plus

Pay: ₹11,434.22 - ₹53,291.99 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
