Key Responsibilities

- Call and connect with leads to understand their needs and gauge interest in our services
- Source and research data to identify potential leads and prospects
- Qualify leads and support the team through the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and data in the CRM
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing initiatives
