Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MARG Operator to manage day-to-day ERP operations related to purchase, inventory, sales, production and stock records in a cosmetic manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, inventory transactions, documentation and coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. MARG ERP Operations

- Perform daily transactions and data entry in MARG ERP.
- Create and maintain item masters, customer/vendor masters and other required records.
- Enter and verify purchase orders, purchase bills, sales invoices, stock transfers and other transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
- Generate required reports from MARG ERP.

2. Inventory & Stores

- Record receipt of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FG) in MARG.
- Maintain stock records and reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Record material issues, returns, transfers and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the Stores department regarding material receipts and consumption.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and report them to the concerned department.

3. Production Support

- Enter production-related transactions in MARG as required.
- Maintain records of batch-wise production, material consumption and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC and Stores for accurate production entries.
- Ensure proper documentation of material consumption and finished goods movement.

4. Purchase & Vendor Transactions

- Enter purchase orders and purchase invoices in MARG.
- Maintain vendor-wise purchase records.




- Verify invoice details, quantities, rates, GST and other relevant information before entry.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts and Stores for discrepancies in invoices or materials.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly ERP reports as required.
- Provide stock, purchase, sales and production reports to management.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documents for all ERP transactions.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of MARG ERP.
- Experience in inventory, purchase, production or accounts-related ERP operations.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust data-entry and record-maintenance skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and rectify data-entry discrepancies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with relevant ERP/MARG experience will be preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience as a MARG Operator/ERP Operator.
- Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy of MARG entries.
- Timely completion of daily ERP transactions.
- Accuracy of inventory records.
- Proper reconciliation of physical and system stock.
- Timely generation of reports.
- Minimum errors in purchase, production and inventory transactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
