Its long-standing presence and nationwide service network provide employees with exposure to diverse projects and technologies in the transformer industry. Voltamp has built a new factory for manufacturing of extra high voltage class Power Transformers at Vadodara.

Role Description The Manufacturing Skilled will work full time on-site in the Greater Vadodara Area, supporting end-to-end extra high voltage power transformer production activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing processes, monitoring production lines, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement,



and maintenance teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and meet delivery schedules.

The Manufacturing

Professional will also assist in process improvements, documentation, and troubleshooting of production issues. Participation in periodic audits, inventory checks, and training initiatives to support operational excellence is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of EHV Transformers manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality checks.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of safety standards, quality management systems, and relevant industry regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with ERP or production management software.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for cross-functional coordination
- Min 10 years of relevant experience is minimum requirement for the position.
