Role & responsibilities

Required Skills Manhattan Active WMS Expertise • 4 to 5 years of experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).

- Hands-on experience in configuration and support of warehouse management solutions.
- Knowledge of Manhattan Active architecture and warehouse execution processes.
- Experience working on implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

• Warehouse Knowledge • Solid understanding of: o Warehouse Management o Inventory Management o Order Fulfilment o Distribution Operations o Logistics Processes o Supply Chain Management Technical Skills • SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of interface monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
- Exposure to cloud-based SaaS applications. Testing &
- Documentation • SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Functional Documentation.
- Business Process Mapping.
- Defect Management and Resolution.

Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science,



Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manhattan Active WMS.
- Experience in at least: o 1-2 End-to-End Implementations OR o Multiple enhancement/support engagements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfilment operations.

Preferred Qualifications • Manhattan Active WMS Certification.

- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, 3PL, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries.
- Exposure to Manhattan Active Omni or Manhattan Active Supply Chain applications.
