We are looking for a seasoned professional to strengthen our Railway tendering and project acquisition function and lead end-to-end bidding activities for Railway, EPC, Government and PSU projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tendering and bidding lifecycle, from tender identification and detailed review through bid preparation, submission and post-tender coordination.
- Review Indian Railways tender documents, NIT, GCC/SCC, technical specifications, BOQ, scope of work, payment terms and contractual conditions.
- Evaluate tender eligibility, bid capacity, technical and financial criteria, turnover, past experience and other qualification requirements.
- Lead technical and commercial bid evaluation, including BOQ, costing, commercial terms, payment conditions and contractual risk assessment.
- Handle EPC tendering and contract requirements, including scope assessment, commercial evaluation and post-award coordination.
- Manage JV/Consortium tendering and compliance, including partner evaluation, credential verification, JV Agreement/MOU, Power of Attorney, authorization documents, undertakings and other tender-specific requirements.
- Coordinate Vendor Registration / Empanelment with Indian Railways, PSUs, Government organizations and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance relating to EMD, Bank Guarantees, Performance Security, statutory undertakings and other tender documentation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Procurement and Business Development teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Liaise with Railway authorities, Government/PSU officials, consultants, JV partners and other external stakeholders as required.
- Track tender outcomes,



post-bid clarifications, LOA/LOI/Award and coordinate the handover of awarded projects to the relevant teams.
- Maintain an updated database of tender opportunities, company credentials, registrations, JV documentation and tender submissions.
- Support Management in assessing Go/No-Go decisions, commercial viability and contractual risks associated with tender opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on exposure to Indian Railways tendering and Railway projects.
- Experience in Railway EPC, Government and PSU contracts will be highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in JV/Consortium bids, vendor registration and tender compliances.
- Solid understanding of commercial, contractual and risk-related aspects of large-scale infrastructure tenders.
- Ex-Railway / Retired Railway professionals with relevant tendering, contracts or project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can join at short notice / immediately will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, documentation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders under strict timelines with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
