We are seeking a Talent Manager that will support the Talent agenda by overseeing a team specializing in Talent, Learning and HRIS. The Manager will support initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance the employee lifecycle, and build a high-performance and future-ready workforce.
Essential Duties
- Lead the local Talent team integrating talent management, learning strategy, and HR Systems to enable business performance.
- Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of employee training programs and learning initiatives.
- Support and lead the annual talent cycle, including performance calibration, succession planning, high potential identification and training planning.
- Support goals and identify organizational capability gaps and design targeted development roadmaps.
- Support succession planning by reviewing critical roles and potential successors
- Monitor and maintain HR metrics, including training, performance, talent and succession progress
- Support organizational training initiatives, including capability frameworks, competency, engagement actions, culture building programs and change management support.
- Support and lead learning, ensuring training effectiveness, vendor performance, curriculum alignment, and continuous skill building
- Improve employee experience across the talent lifecycle, from hiring through training, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain effective communication with managers and HR teams.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering capability building

Competencies
- Strong understanding of talent management best practices, organizational training frameworks and change management principles.
- Ability to lead and develop a multi-specialty HR team with clear direction, coaching and performance oversight.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Project and process management abilities along with training and facilitation skills
- Capability to support leaders, facilitate workshops, and drive cultural and capability-building initiatives
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6-8 years of HR experience with leading Talent, Learning, or Organizational Design initiatives in a complex global setting.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Demonstrated expertise in succession planning, capability building, and organizational training tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in HR software (Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar)
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS dashboards, reporting, or workflow optimization is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Regular night shift with work from the Mumbai office
