Role Description The Manager Talent Acquisition Finance and Accounting will lead end-to-end hiring for finance and accounting roles, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessing, and closing qualified professionals at various levels. This full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh involves partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success profiles, and design effective recruitment strategies.

The role includes managing multiple hiring mandates, building and nurturing talent pipelines, conducting detailed candidate evaluations, and ensuring a high-quality interview and selection experience. The manager will oversee recruitment metrics, maintain accurate reporting,



and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes. Additional responsibilities include market mapping, employer branding support, and maintaining strong candidate relationships to drive successful long-term placements.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition expertise in finance and accounting roles, including experience with mid to senior-level hiring and niche skill sets.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals) and candidate assessment methods (competency-based interviews, behavioral interviews, and technical screening).
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership, manage expectations, and provide data-driven hiring insights.
- Ability to manage recruitment operations, track relevant metrics, use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with robust written and verbal abilities and a professional, inclusive approach to candidates.
- Demonstrated understanding of finance and accounting functions, organizational structures, and the talent landscape in these domains.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications in HR, recruiting, or talent management are an advantage.
- Experience in executive search, consulting, or professional services environments is highly beneficial, along with a track record of delivering on multiple concurrent hiring mandates.
