Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker to join our leadership team as Manager - Strategy & Growth. This role works closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, business frameworks, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

- Support leadership in strategic planning, business reviews, and execution tracking.

- Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer data into actionable strategies.

- Drive growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers.

- Define and track key growth metrics

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare strategic briefs for decision-making.

- Prepare business decks, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.

Experience & Education

- 25 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics, Consulting, Growth, or

- Business Development roles.

- Exposure to high-growth sectors such as Tech, FinTech, eCommerce, Real

- Estate/PropTech, or Consulting preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- MBA / PGDM or postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Analytics, Marketing, or Finance is a plus.

- Robust working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
