- To ensure aggressive reduction in overall inventory across all sites.
- Monitor and review excess inventory at sites for transfer at other sites. Identify stock not usable and take action for disposal
- Re-order levels to be introduced for all materials for replenishment cycle of 45 days.
- Ensure timely disposal of scrap at site to manage space and accounting stock.
- Ensure smooth functioning of stores department by resolving pending cases with concerned departments.
- Ensure development of team members by assessing and reviewing training needs of stores team and arrange training required to support and achieve departmental goals.
