Roles and Responsibilities:

- 12 to 18 years of experience in Navigation domain
- Understand the project requirements from clients perspective and translate it to project team.
- Work allocation to team members.
- Analyze the inputs for data creation and resource planning based on project tasks.
- Manage continuous improvements in processes and quality of work.
- Interact and coordinate with other teams for project requirements.
- Positive communication and good Interpersonal skills and have ability to adapt changes in work process/ area.

- Leadership and Motivational
- Able to train people & provide technical support and guidance
- Handle technical/commercial aspects of the project
- Logical thinking ability, analytical and computer skills
