Building initiative for own commodity. Anticipate business risk associated with own commodities and relevant industries and propose mitigation plan. Actively collaborating with multiple stakeholdersRandD aggregate Heads, SSU Leadership, Accounts, Business Excellence, Plant Heads, Spares Sourcing Head, Strategic Vendors, Government Agencies to resolve/anticipate issues and ensure smooth operations.
Participating in various sourcing forums to project business indicators, concerns, highlights of performance and give inputs to stakeholders /decision making. Being a role model for Ethics and Integrity as well as demonstration of Sourcing behaviours
