Manager / Senior Manager –

Role Objective

Build and own relationships with AMCs and strategic partners, and maximise the commercial value AssetPlus derives from them.

Key Responsibilties

- Strategy & execution: Work with leadership to shape the partnerships roadmap — which AMC and product categories to prioritise and what commercial outcomes to target — then convert it into quarterly plans and own delivery against them.
- Partner acquisition: Identify and onboard partners across mutual funds, portfolio management services, and other relevant categories.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at onboarded partners.
- Commercial negotiation: Negotiate brokerage and commercial terms that deliver the best outcome for AssetPlus, and track realisation against agreed terms.
- Management insights: Report to management on partner performance, gaps, and areas of concern, with a clear view on where to improve.
- Systems & analytics: Work with the MIS, Data and Finance teams to build processes and analytics around brokerage.
- Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate between partners and the Research,



Sales and Operations teams, in line with company strategy and priorities.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve escalations and operational issues as they arise.

Qualification &

- Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills, with experience running commercial discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft and proofread professional partner communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
