Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing direct and indirect taxation activities, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, timely filing of returns, tax planning, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational MIS reports to support management decision-making. The role involves data consolidation, financial analysis, budgeting support, performance tracking, and ensuring accuracy of reports across business functions.
3. Responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, governance processes, and financial compliance. The role involves conducting audits, identifying control gaps, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
