Job Title: SAP MM/P2P

We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Lead to manage and drive our MM/ Procure-to-Pay process landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with premium/tier-1 organizations and bring hands-on exposure to ITSM (IT Service Management) and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM (Logistics) process design, implementation, and support
- Act as a functional expert for order management, billing, procurement, and vendor invoice processes
- Drive ITSM-aligned incident, problem, and change management practices for SAP support
- Manage AMC engagements ensuring SLA adherence and global best practice standards




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to optimize business processes
- Support process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams

Requirements:

- 8–12 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on OTC and P2P modules
- Prior experience with premium/tier-1 clients or consulting firms
- Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred)
- Experience managing AMC/support contracts using global best practices
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
