? We're Hiring – Chartered Accountant, Virtual CFO Services

S W M & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Mumbai, is growing its Virtual CFO Services practice and looking for a freshly qualified CA to join the team.

You'll work closely with our Senior Partner and directly with senior management at client organisations — helping shape financial and business strategy, and seeing it through to implementation, not just documentation.

What you'll do

- Partner with client leadership on financial strategy, planning, and performance reviews
- Support MIS design, board reporting, and business analysis
- Drive follow-through on agreed strategic initiatives
- Work under direct senior partner mentorship on high-visibility client engagements

Who we're looking for

- Freshly qualified CA (0–1 years PQE)
- Strong analytical ability and communication skills
- A energetic, driven professional, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Genuine interest in strategy and advisory work, beyond routine compliance
