Role Manager – QA

Location – Hyderabad, India

Position Summary: The QA Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the

Quality Assurance processes to ensure the quality, integrity, and safety of materials and structures throughout the construction, maintenance, and inspection phases of projects. This role involves conducting audits, publishing reports, and controlling C recording NCR, FOR and Surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
- Review all QA documents like Project Quality Plan, Project Quality Matrix, Project Quality Assurance Plan,

procedures and attend quality audits at Vendor/EPCM.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive QA reports, including audit results, observations, and photographs (when

applicable.
- Document all QA procedures, methods, and

certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of QA activities, including audit reports.
- Training and Development:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.




- Participate and conduct internal audit training sessions to improve the knowledge and skillset of the QA/QC team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Desired Skills:

- Lead Auditor/internal Auditor with experience
- Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015.
- Knowledge and awareness of all codes and standards
- Proven experience in QA/QC within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, preferred.

Work Environment:

- This position may involve working on-site at construction or manufacturing locations and may require occasional travel.
