Role Description This is a full-time remote Manager / Project Finance role. The Manager will lead and support project finance mandates across energy transition and infrastructure sectors, including the structuring and execution of non‑recourse debt and equity transactions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and reviewing detailed financial models, performing financial and commercial analysis, and preparing investment materials such as pitch decks, information memoranda, and decision papers. The role involves coordinating due diligence processes, engaging with lenders, investors, and clients, and contributing to transaction negotiations.
The Manager will also help refine financial strategies, participate in bid and project management activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality advisory outcomes.
Qualifications
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key value drivers and risks.
- Solid finance knowledge, including corporate finance, project finance concepts, and capital structure optimization.
- Advanced financial modeling skills for project finance and infrastructure transactions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Experience in financial analysis and budgeting, including cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Previous experience in project finance, investment banking, consulting, or financial advisory, ideally within energy or infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) for client deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
- Interest in sustainability, energy transition, and infrastructure, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, ethical advisory services.
