Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering with experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry.
Candidate shall have experience in Design & Engineering of the refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants, LNG cryogenic units, chemical and fertilizer plants.
Candidate shall have experience in Leading FEED, and Detailed Engineering Projects
Includes
- Proper and timely execution of projects in process department
- Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget , project plan and man hours allotted.
- Support to other disciplines in execution of projects
- Proficiency in preparation, review of ITB documents, bid queries and clarifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other disciplines for proper co-ordination during project cycle.
- Carry Out Proposal Engineering and Detailed Engineering for EPC Projects
Expertise in carrying out various process engineering activities such as:
- Preparation of Process Flow Diagram
- Performing Process Simulation in HYSYS.
- Preparation of Material & Energy Balance based on Process inputs
- Preparation of Concept Study, Basic Engineering Report
- Preparation of Process & Utility Equipment List
- Hydraulic calculations including Pump and compressor circuits
- Heat Exchanger Design, Rating and Simulation using HTRI
- Equipment Sizing
- Relief Load Estimation, PSV Sizing, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing
- Flare Header sizing using Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flare Load Summary
- Depressuring Studies
- P&ID; development, preparation of Cause-and-Effect Diagram
- Preparation of Utility Generation & Distribution P&IDs;
- Preparation of Process Data Sheets, Equipment Specifications
- Preparation of Instrument Datasheet
- Vendor document / offer review for Package Items.
- Meeting with Client & Travelling to site during execution work
- Participate in HAZOP / SIL studies / model review during progress of project
- Be conversant with design guidelines /codes /standards.
- Check preliminary economic analysis for OPEX, net contribution and CAPEX
