We’re looking for a PR & Brand Partnerships Specialist to build meaningful collaborations with brands that serve women.

This role is for someone who can go beyond traditional PR—someone who can open doors, build senior relationships, and turn ideas into high-value brand partnerships.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and develop partnerships with premium and luxury brands
- Build relationships across beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality and retail
- Create and execute co-branding, cross-promotion and strategic alliance initiatives
- Develop compelling partnership proposals and manage negotiations
- Own the partnership lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, execution and relationship management
- Represent the organisation at relevant meetings, events and industry forums

What we’re looking for:




- Experience in PR, brand partnerships, strategic alliances or business development
- A strong track record of brand tie-ups and co-branding campaigns
- An existing network within premium/luxury, women-focused brands is a robust advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to turn relationships into measurable business value
- Willingness to travel across India for partnership opportunities

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Travel: Pan-India

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
