Role Overview

We are looking for a communications professional with 3–5 years of experience to lead PR and internal communications initiatives at ONDC. The role requires an individual who can build strong narratives,

manage media relationships, and execute communication seamlessly across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft press releases, media notes, speeches, leadership communications, and other

communication materials.
- Manage media relations, PR agencies, interviews, and press outreach.
- Drive internal communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, town halls, and

employee communication initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication plans for launches, partnerships, announcements, and

key organisational initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure timely, consistent, and

effective messaging.
- Identify and develop compelling stories and narratives around ONDC's initiatives and impact.
- Track media coverage,



PR activities, and communication performance and provide relevant

insights.
- Support the organisation's overall brand positioning and reputation-building through

strategic communication.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, or a

related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling and content-

development abilities.
- Strong understanding of media relations and PR processes, with experience managing media

interactions and PR agencies.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and project execution.
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies in a rapid-paced, high-ownership

environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple communication priorities and
