Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications Qualified to drive internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen the organizations brand reputation, employee engagement, leadership visibility, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent storytelling, content creation, media relations, and digital communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communication Strategy

- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Build and maintain a strong corporate brand image across internal and external channels.

- Support executive leadership communication and thought leadership initiatives.

Internal Communications

- Create and manage employee communication campaigns, newsletters, town hall communications, and organizational announcements.

- Drive employee engagement through communication programs and events.

- Partner with HR and business leaders to communicate organizational initiatives effectively.

External Communications

- Develop press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, and executive communications.

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media agencies, and industry influencers.

- Coordinate media interactions, interviews, and public relations activities.

Content Development

- Create engaging content for corporate websites, social media platforms, blogs, leadership messages, and marketing collateral.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and communication standards.

- Develop communication materials for key events, conferences, and corporate initiatives.

Reputation Crisis Communication

- Monitor media coverage and social media sentiment.

- Support crisis communication planning and execution.

- Prepare communication responses for reputation management situations.

Leadership Stakeholder Communication





- Draft speeches, presentations, executive messages, and communication materials for senior leadership.

- Support investor, customer, partner, and stakeholder communication initiatives.

Digital Communication Social Media

- Manage corporate social media communication strategies.

- Track communication effectiveness through analytics and reporting.

- Enhance employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.

Required Skills Qualifications

Education

- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, English Literature, or related field.

- Masters degree/MBA in Communications or Marketing is preferred.

Experience

- 5 to 12 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Media Relations.

- Experience working in IT Services, Technology, Consulting, or Corporate organizations preferred.
