Role Description The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring projects, workflows, and internal processes run efficiently and align with strategic goals. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource allocation, and monitoring timelines, quality standards, and budgets across client engagements.

The person in this role will optimize operational procedures, implement performance metrics, and support leadership in capacity planning and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities also include stakeholder communication,



risk management, and ensuring smooth collaboration between account management, creative, and technical teams to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and resource planning.
- Project and stakeholder management skills, such as coordination across teams, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in a digital marketing, creative agency, or technology services environment is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team guidance, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a rapid-paced, evolving business environment.
