Skills

- Handle requests for quotation (RFQs), negotiate commercial terms.

- Manage end-to-end Current Product Development (NPD).

- Customer drawing study, feasibility & cost estimation.

- Prepare product costing, material & process cost estimates.

- Prototype development, trials & PPAP.

- Handle BOM, ECN/ECR, APQP & project timelines.

- Investigate customer complaints, lead root cause analysis

- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Preferred candidate profile

- NPD, Estimation/Costing, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, GD&T;, CAD, Project Management & Customer Coordination.

- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding & assembly

- Candidates from Sheet Metal/Stamping Industries preferred
