We’re looking for a Manager – Monetization Operations to join Apollo 24|7 and take ownership of strategic brand partnerships across our digital ecosystem.

? What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end relationships with healthcare & consumer brands

• Develop integrated media plans aligned with brand objectives, audiences & budgets

• Plan campaigns across App, Web, CRM, Search, Display, Sponsored Listings & Rich Media

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize campaigns

• Present campaign reports, insights and business reviews to partner brands

• Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities to grow advertising revenue

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

? Key Success Metrics:

Revenue | Brand Retention | Repeat Campaigns | Budget Utilization | Campaign SLA | CTR | CPM | CPC | CPA | ROAS | Conversion Rate | Inventory Utilization | Client Satisfaction

? What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Digital Media or Marketing Operations

• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Internet or Media Agencies preferred





• Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics & media planning

• Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with advertising platforms is a plus

- Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (B- School Only)
