Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services coordination for large-scale projects.

- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations for plumbing systems.

- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HVAC equipment.

- Oversee the design and implementation of plumbing systems, including drainage infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services into overall project delivery.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 9-14 years of experience in MEP Coordination or related field (B.Tech / B.E. Electrical or Energy and Power Engineering preferred)..

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or relevant discipline.

- Proficiency in working on Residential projects and Solid understanding of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP), DG sets, SMPSs, HT & LT panels, AC & DC motors, PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic & Function Blocks.

- Strong understanding of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) principles and practices.
