Manager Market Research & Sales – 8+ Years - Delhi NCR

Are you an experienced Market Research and Sales professional with strong expertise in inbound & outbound sales, hunting, farming, lead generation, and client acquisition? We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive business development, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities –

- Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive hunting and farming strategies to acquire recent clients and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, prospects, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion metrics, revenue performance, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor the sales team while driving individual and team performance.

Requirements –

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Market Research, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related industry.
- Strong experience in inbound & outbound sales, hunting, and farming.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and account growth.
- Strong market research, lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.




- Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team will be preferred.
