We are seeking an experienced legal skilled to support the commercial and financing activities of our wind energy business. The role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing customer-facing agreements relating to the supply, installation, operation and maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), as well as supporting lender financing, project development, and risk management activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project contracts, and project financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Contracting

- Lead drafting, review, negotiation and execution of:
- Wind Turbine Generator Supply Agreements.
- EPC Contracts.
- Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) Agreements.
- Framework Agreements.
- Amendments, Change Orders and Claims Documentation.
- Support commercial teams in contract structuring and negotiations with customers, developers, IPPs and corporate buyers.
- Advise stakeholders on contractual risks, liabilities, indemnities, limitation of liability, warranty obligations, delay damages and performance guarantees.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks and approval matrices.





Project Finance & Financing Support

- Support project financing transactions involving domestic and international lenders, financial institutions and investors.
- Coordinate with lenders' counsel, external counsel and financing counterparts during due diligence exercises.
- Provide legal support in relation to lender requirements under WTG supply and O&M; contracts.
- Review financing conditions precedent and contractual obligations impacting project bankability.

Risk Management & Advisory

- Provide legal advice on project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate commercial, legal and regulatory risks in customer transactions.
- Support dispute avoidance and claims management activities.
- Work closely with business, sales, project execution, procurement, finance and compliance teams.
