- Plan and execute land procurement as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and shortlist suitable land parcels.
- Supervise Officers/Assistant Managers in field-level land activities.
- Ensure ownership, title, revenue records and physical verification.
- Lead landowner negotiations within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate with Patwari, RI, Sarpanch, Tahsildar, SDM and other authorities.
- Coordinate with Legal for title due diligence, agreements and registration.
- Monitor land disputes, encroachments and other acquisition risks.
- Track land purchase, registration, mutation and possession.
- Maintain land-wise MIS and provide regular management reports.
- Manage team performance, allocation and field activities.
- Escalate critical legal, commercial and stakeholder issues to GM.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
