Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage production activities, ensuring compliance with USFDA regulations and QMS standards.

- Oversee daily operations, including shift planning, material management, and equipment maintenance.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes.

- Ensure timely completion of batches within budgeted timeframes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in API manufacturing (OSD).

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or relevant field (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Robust understanding of GMP guidelines, ICH regulations, and USFDA requirements.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale production operations with multiple shifts.
