We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with 6–8 years of experience in a software/technology company, with strong exposure to live IT/production environments.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation along with excellent managerial and leadership capabilities. The person should be capable of independently managing IT operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues, taking timely decisions, and ensuring the reliability and availability of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, servers, databases, and related services.
- Ensure the stability, availability, and smooth operation of IT systems in a live setting.
- Lead and manage the IT and support team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, mentoring, and escalation handling.
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and other teams to support day-to-day technical and operational requirements.
- Handle technical escalations, incidents, system issues, and infrastructure-related problems proactively.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Manage IT security, access control, backups, data protection, and business continuity requirements.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, assets, licenses, and related contracts.




- Establish and maintain IT policies, processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Take ownership of IT-related decisions and ensure timely implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- 6–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in an IT leadership/managerial role.
- Experience in a software/technology company is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working with and supporting a live/production IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, databases, security, and system administration.
- Good understanding of modern software development and deployment environments.
- Solid people management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach with strong decision-making and ownership capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle critical situations, and make timely decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
