Role Description The Manager Human Resources will oversee end-to-end HR operations and partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and employee engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves managing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves designing and executing training and development initiatives,
supporting succession planning, and driving HR projects that enhance workplace culture, productivity, and retention.
The Manager Human
Resources will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare HR reports and analytics, and contribute to strategic HR planning.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience in policy formulation, HR compliance, and understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive change in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture.
